Rules of survival in case of a fire in a car

One of the important requirements for the safe operation of cars is the driver's compliance with fire safety requirements. When extinguishing fuel spilled under the car, use a fire extinguisher, feeding foam or powder in the direction from the edge to the center of the hearth. When extinguishing a fire under the hood, gradually and carefully open it — preferably from the side with a stick or a tire iron, since flame emission is possible. If there is a person in the cabin of a burning car, and the doors are jammed, then break the doors or knock out the glass (with a tire iron, stone or feet). Pull the victim out of the car, call an ambulance and give him first aid.

It is necessary to know and remember that only the increased responsibility of each owner of an individual vehicle for compliance with the fire safety rules of his own garage and car excludes the possibility of fires and fires.
