On the territory of the Ili district, for the heating period 2020-2021 There were 65 fires on the territory of the Black Sea Railway in the years, in which 3 people died. Also, one of the main factors in the death of people in the winter period is carbon monoxide poisoning. So for the past heating period 32
5 people died from carbon monoxide poisoning in the district, 32 were injured. All cases of fires in the residential sector occurred in smallpox due to violations of the rules installation and technical operation,
electrical equipment (28 cases), violations of fire safety rules when operating a heating furnace (23 ases) and careless handling of fire (2 cases). Based on the current situation, the work on fire prevention was intensified in the residential sector. Of the 33703 houses registered in 2020, all houses were passed 100%. In 2021, the growth of the private sector amounted to 3,700 houses and amounted to 37,403 private residential buildings (heated by stoves on solid fuel 12864, gas 24267, August 15, 2021, the first stage of the "Month of fire security", which included, vulnerable of the population, on account of 842. Currently houses of this category of persons have been passed 100%. On September 15, the second stage of the fire safety month started, during which employees civil protection, together with the concerned services, a yard bypass of registered private residential buildings is carried out. In addition to daily rounds, fire safety subbotniks and agitation events, gatherings with the population of the district are held weekly on Saturdays.

          Basic rules of fire safety during the operation of electrical installations is not allowed:

1) use electrical networks and receivers of electrical energy in violation of safety requirements. comply with the manufacturer's instructions, as well as operate electrical wires and cables with damaged or lost protective properties of insulation 2) use damaged and loose sockets, switches, and other electrical installation products;

3) use electric heating devices in the absence or malfunction of thermoregulators provided by the design:

 4) wrap electric lamps and lamps with paper, cloth and other combustible materials;

5) use electric irons, electric stoves, electric kettles and other electric heating devices without special stands

6) use non-standard (homemade) electric heating devices;

7) leave the connections and ends of electrical wires and cables on a combustible basis uninsulated;

Basic rules of fire safety during the operation of furnace heating is not allowed:

1) leave unattended heating stoves, as well as entrust supervision of them to children;

2) place the fuel prepared for combustion, as well as other combustible substances and materials on the pre-heating sheet;

3) use flammable and combustible liquids for ignition of solid fuel furnaces;

4) to heat with coal, coke and gas furnaces not intended for these types of fuel;

6) pumping furnaces;

7) dry combustible substances and materials (shoes, clothes, firewood) at a distance of less than 0.5 m from the surface of the furnace and chimneys;

8) to carry out the heating of furnaces with malfunctions, cracks and seams.
