Malik Gabdullin Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Admission conditions

Full-time students are accepted to the Academy

citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

having secondary education;

who have reached the age of sixteen;

fit for military service for health reasons.

Admission to the Academy is made by competition in accordance with the UNT certificate scores, taking into account the selection results for medical, physical and psychophysiological indicators.

          Admission of citizens to full -time education is carried out in 4 stages:

  1. The Admissions Committee reviews the educational cases of candidates
  2. Selection for medical and psychophysiological indications in order to determine the fitness for health reasons for admission to study
  3. Taking physical fitness tests in accordance with approved standards
  4. Competitive selection and enrollment in the number of cadets of the Academy, as well as selection for admission to foreign specialized educational institutions.

          Estimated duration of the admissions committee

January-may, the Department of emergency situations of regions, cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent and units of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan take the documents of candidates for admission (the candidates undergo a medical and psychological examination, including printing research, as well as the mandatory special training to determine the suitability for service).;

June 30-the arrival of candidates for training Academy certificate BUT;

July 1-13 -passing of the military medical commission;

July 7-15 - passing the physical training test;

July 16-17-enrollment for full-time education.

          Conditions of study at the Academy

          The training of cadets is carried out at the expense of the republican budget.

Cadets are provided with free uniforms, meals and a state scholarship for the entire period of study. Also, cadets are paid for travel during the holidays.

For persons who have completed a full course of full-time study at the Academy, namely - 4 years, the training time is equal to the passage of military service.

Citizens wishing to enroll in the Academy submit an application (in any form) to the personnel policy units of the territorial emergency departments at their place of residence.
