PROFESSION LIFEGUARD

A person chooses a professional activity in accordance with their beliefs and values. But according to surveys, about 70% of high school students do not know which profession to prefer.

          All over the world, rescue services enjoy the deep trust of the people. The authority of the "rescuer" is undoubtedly high among the population. The profession is considered one of the most responsible and dangerous in the world, but this state of Affairs does not reduce its attractiveness to millions of men. Millions of children would like to become rescuers.

          The profession of a lifeguard is difficult and dangerous, as they say – for real men. No matter where there was a natural or industrial disaster, a terrorist attack, or any other situation that could take lives, rescue teams are immediately sent to help. They have to dive into the depths of lakes, rivers and seas to save the drowning; cut up cars damaged in an accident and pull out the injured. This work does not exist without the daily, monotonous, exhausting work of thousands of people who travel to the places of various disasters in cities and villages all over the country to help their fellow citizens. It is this painstaking daily work, as if from the smallest grains of sand, creates a portrait of the Rescuer.

          The rescuer must be able to: prepare equipment for work, move in rough terrain, overcome water obstacles, rocky areas, snow slopes, crevices, rubble; use fire extinguishing equipment; assess the situation and make the best decision; search for victims and provide first aid, and much more. It is very important to learn how to exert psychological influence on the victim, prevent panic moods and take on the role of a leader.

          Firefighter is not just a profession, it is a special state of mind. Such a soul never gets stale, it is always open and always ready for a feat. The code of honor of a firefighter obliges you to risk your own life in the name of saving people. Of course, a person should not be indifferent to what he will become in this life. What goal he sees in front of him, largely depends on his future, even if the goal will not be achieved to the end

        A lifeguard and firefighter is not just a profession. This is a way of life, a constant readiness for self-sacrifice, for a feat that is considered just work. Risk yourself for someone else.
