Observe the safety rules on the water!

A very large number of accidents are associated with water. The vast majority of them are the result of behavior and neglect of the simplest security measures. You can simply drown in a pond. Swimming in an unknown reservoir can be fraught with serious injuries: you can get hurt on the bottom or on objects that are in the water. Seizures are one of the most common causes. If you think that you will have one leg cramped, and you will easily swim out without it, then this is not so. Yes, an experienced swimmer can swim without legs or without arms at all, but the fact is that a cramp is a very strong and sudden pain. A person can take a sip of water and then he begins to drown. Seizures most often occur in cold water. Hitting the bottom or various objects in the water (logs, etc.) is also often the reason why people drown. Panic can also be the cause. For example: a person swam far away, got scared or realized what depth was under him and panicked. This usually happens to inexperienced swimmers. Dangers in the water itself – whirlpools and currents can also be the cause of drowning. The currents themselves cannot be the cause, but they can carry you far from the shore. Also, do not forget about strong waves, in which you can easily drown. Alcohol is the top 1 among all causes. It is drunk people who dive in unfamiliar places, swim in cold water for a long time (until they convulse), swim very far, etc. Rules of behavior on the water in the summer.
