О внесении изменений в статью 336 Кодекса Республики Казахстан «Об административных правонарушениях».

Dear residents and guests of the Almaty region, the Department of Emergency Situations of the Almaty Region informs that the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 2, 2021 for No. 403-VI-ZRK amended Article 336 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses".

So, from July 1, 2021, for non –compliance with the requirements for atmospheric air protection and fire safety when storing or burning waste (garbage), an administrative fine will be imposed on individuals in the amount of twenty, on officials in the amount of fifty, on small businesses or non - profit organizations in the amount of two hundred, on medium – sized businesses in the amount of three hundred, on large businesses in the amount of five hundred monthly calculation indicators.

Prior to the introduction of these changes for the storage or incineration of waste (garbage), according to Article 336 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", an administrative penalty was provided in the form of a warning, an administrative fine was imposed only in case of repeated commission of an offense within a year.

In this regard, the Department of Emergency Situations of the Almaty Region district asks all citizens to comply with the rules on fire safety!
