Stop! Don't burn dead wood!

Stop! Don't burn dead wood!

As long-term experience shows, with the onset of dry warm weather, the number of fires associated with the burning of dry grass and garbage by the population increases. From year to year, the same pattern is repeated: along the railways and highways, in the fields and in the ravines, stubble, last year's grass, garbage are burning. And meanwhile, any of us, who indifferently passes by teenagers burning grass, who threw a cigarette out of the car on the side of the road, who left a smouldering fire after a fun picnic in nature, burning garbage in unknown places, becomes involved in the fact that dozens of our fellow countrymen lose their property acquired over the years, remain without a roof over their heads. Thus, according to Article 336 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Non-compliance with the requirements for the protection of atmospheric air and fire safety in the storage and incineration of industrial and household waste" - entail a warning or fine for individuals in the amount of three, for officials-in the amount of twenty, for small businesses or non - profit organizations - in the amount of forty, for medium - sized businesses-in the amount of seventy, for large businesses-in the amount of one hundred and twenty monthly calculation indicators.
