In accordance with Article 54, paragraph 3 and subparagraph 2) of paragraph 6 of Article 56 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO:
1. Establish that candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev complies with the requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
2. Issue signature sheets in the required amount to collect signatures in support of the candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
