In accordance with subparagraph 8) of Article 12, Article 59 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO:

  1. Register Karakat Abden as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  2. Issue to Karakat Abden a certificate of a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  3. The Department of Planning and Execution of the Budget of the Office of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to submit to the “Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan” information on the registration of candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Karakat Abden to open a special temporary account.
  4. The Department of Analysis and Communications of the Office of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to publish in the mass media the attached notice on the registration of Karakat Abden as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
