This Report was prepared by the Public Fund “PaperLab” as part of the reaesrch conducted upon the request of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Report presents the final results of a comprehensive research to study the implementation process of the four rounds of “Zhas Project” (Youth Corps Project) to implement its mechanisms in state youth policy. The research was carried out from January to June 2021.
