Announcement of seminar at the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan November 21, 2024

On November 21, 2024, the Ministry held a seminar on topic:
"On certain issues of lawmaking activity."

During seminar, the Ministry staff explained the amendments adopted to the Lawmaking Rules and Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Topical issues of lawmaking activity and approaches to its improvement were discussed in order to ensure uniformity of law enforcement practice. Results of the seminar emphasized importance of following procedure for development, public discussion and coordination of regulatory policy advisory documents, as well as draft legal acts.

This event is organized by the Legal Department for all employees of the Ministry.
