Seminar on explaining legislation on countering extremism and terrorism
July 5, 2024 in Astana, for employees of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a seminar on "Prevention and counteraction to extremism and terrorism", and "Compliance with the requirements of the Code of Ethics of Civil Servants, the Law "On Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law "On Countering Corruption".
The seminar was attended by the Commissioner for Ethics of the Ministry of Ethics of the Republic of Kazakhstan E. Abuov.Abuov, Head of the Department for Coordination of Prevention of Religious Extremism in the Internet Space of the Committee on Religious Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh. Doliev, Head of the Department of Law Enforcement Practice in the Sphere of Religious Activity of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the seminar, the Ethics Commissioner of the MNE RK explained the main provisions of the Code of Ethics of Civil Servants, the Law "On Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Law "On Countering Corruption".
Also, the head of the department of law enforcement practice in the sphere of religious activity of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan B. Manetov and the head of the department of coordination of prevention of religious extremism in the Internet space of the Committee on Religious Affairs Zh. Manetov and the head of the department of coordination of prevention of religious extremism in the Internet space of the Committee on Religious Affairs Zh. Doliev explained the basic rules for countering extremism and terrorism.
