Public discussion of the draft RLA on the protection and use of water resources

The Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that, in accordance with the instruction of the Head of State, it is developing a draft of a new Water Code.

Currently, advisory documents of the regulatory policy of the draft "Water Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (new edition) and the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the protection and use of water resources" have been developed.

These documents reflect the current problems of the water industry, as well as suggest possible solutions and measures to improve legislation to create legal conditions for effective water use and water conservation.

We invite interested parties to a public discussion of these documents.
