Vice Minister of Ecology of Kazakhstan Talgat Momyshev discussed a number of issues with the Iranian side

The meeting was held within the framework of the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in order to expand the spheres of activity in the field of geological science and technology, awareness of natural resources, including mineral resources.

"Considering the vast experience and potential of the Geological Survey of Iran, we will be glad to receive your suggestions and recommendations on the activities of the National Geological Survey of Kazakhstan,"  said T. Momyshev during the meeting.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to sign an agreement on a promising project (exploration of non-ferrous and precious metals).

Talgat Momyshev also met with the Head of the Organization for Forests, Pastures and Watersheds of Iran, Dr. Masoud Mansour. The parties discussed issues of cooperation in the water sector.

Our experts have reached an agreement on cooperation on the use of consulting companies and contractors of Iran in the field of water management, the export of technical and engineering services for water supply and sanitation, flood prevention and the organization by the Iranian side of short-term training courses for Kazakhstani specialists in water modeling, the use of remote sensing in water resources management.
