A new Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC NGK Kazgeologiya has been elected

This was reported in JSC "NGK"Kazgeologiya". On February 16, 2022, at a meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC NGEC Kazgeologiya, T.A. Momyshev, Vice Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who oversees this direction, was elected as the new Chairman.

It should be noted that this position was previously held by S.A. Brekeshev, the current Minister of Ecology.

The Board of Directors is the management body of JSC "NGEC "Kazgeologiya", which carries out the general management of the Company's activities.

The meeting also discussed the issue of reorganization of JSC "NGC "Kazgeology" and the formation of JSC "National Geological Survey".

The members of the Board of Directors answered the questions of ordinary employees of JSC "Kazgeologiya" on the optimization of staffing, structure, procedural and other organizational issues.

Thus, it was announced that during the reorganization of JSC "NGEC "Kazgeologiya", a reduction in the staffing is not envisaged, but on the contrary, in order to implement the instructions of the Head of State and strengthen the new service with qualified specialists, the staffing will be maintained and increased as necessary.

In addition, the Chairman of the Geology Committee noted that he is always ready to answer questions related to the reorganization of the Company.
