Qualification:
higher education in the field of construction, agriculture
practical experience in construction, agriculture for at least 5 years
practical experience in international projects funded by the World Bank or other international financial institutions is an advantage
Language:
The technical consultant must have excellent command of Kazakh and Russian languages.
