Qualification:
Higher education in business, law, finance, economics, engineering or equivalent degree;
At least 2 years of experience working with foreign and local companies on the execution/ implementation of contracts;
Good knowledge and practical experience in the management sector;
Practical experience in projects funded by the World Bank or other international financial institutions is an advantage;
Fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English.
