The acceptance of documents for participation in the qualification selection of candidates for vacant positions of employees of the Eurasian Economic Commission has begun

The Eurasian Economic Commission (hereinafter referred to
as the EEC) is a permanent regulatory body of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the EAEU).

The EEC regularly conducts competitions for the selection of employees to fill vacant positions of employees in the structural divisions of the EEC among citizens of the EAEU member states, including citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Citizens of the EAEU member states who have reached the age of 18 have the right to participate in the competition.

This year, the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted the «Rules of qualification selection of candidates for vacant positions of employees of the Eurasian Economic Commission» (Order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2022
№ 280 – NK «On approval of the Rules of qualification selection of candidates for vacant positions of employees of the Eurasian Economic Commission») according to which, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan can pass the national qualification selection conducted by the Ministry of Trade and Integration together with other state bodies.

In case of a positive passage, the candidate will be given a recommendation by the authorized body, which is subsequently submitted by this candidate to the EEC.

Receiving a recommendation from an authorized body is not a mandatory procedure for participating in a competition to fill a vacant position in the Commission, but when passing the competition, candidates with a recommendation will be given preference.

Qualification selection is carried out from among the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who wish to participate in the competitive selection for vacant positions held by the EEC.

The recommendation is valid for 18 (eighteen months) from the date of its registration.

Acceptance of documents and applications of candidates for the qualification selection will be carried out until October 1 2022.

To receive documents, participants must send a package of documents in accordance with the Order of the Deputy Prime
Minister – Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2022 No. 280 - NK «On approval of the Rules of qualification selection of candidates for vacant positions of employees of the Eurasian Economic Commission» to the email address ar.omarova@mti.gov.kz marked «Participation in the selection».

Information about vacant positions in the Commission is posted on the official website of the organization in the «Vacancies» section, https://eec.eaunion.org .

The form of evaluation of candidates is an interview. The results of the qualification selection for vacant positions of EEC employees will be published on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan until December 15, 2022.
