DCES employees in North Kazakhstan region took part in the job fair

A large-scale job fair organized by the Career Center took place in the Dostyq Mall shopping and entertainment center in Petropavlovsk.
In order to conduct career guidance among the population about the possibility of completing initial training at the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbayev with further employment in the territorial bodies of the penitentiary system, employees of the DCES for North Kazakhstan Region and subordinate institutions took part in the fair. The conditions and procedures, as well as the advantages and requirements for service in the internal affairs bodies, were explained to those interested in vacant vacancies.
In addition, the event was attended by employees of the Petropavlovsk Probation Service department together with people in need of work, as well as those released from prison and sentenced to punishment without isolation from society, who are registered with the probation. Among the employers at the fair were representatives of various fields of activity, such as: State Institution "Department of Education of Petropavlovsk", KSU "Department of Employment and Social Programs of Petropavlovsk", LLP "Maslodel", LLP "Communkhoz", JSC "Sultan Confectionery" and others.
According to the results of the fair, convicts registered with the probation were offered jobs at their place of residence for paid community service and in private enterprises. In addition, they had the opportunity to enroll in vocational training courses in various specialties.
In turn, employees of the labor organization group of convicts of the DCES for North Kazakhstan Region and Institution №52 attended the fair in order to attract entrepreneurs to the minimum security colony.
