On the territory of Institution №50, a solemn presentation of diplomas to convicted students of the Petropavlovsk Vocational College took place. During the school year, the convicts mastered theoretical material, studied electrical equipment, sewing rules, safety techniques, and then began practical classes.

"The convicts showed interest in these specialties because they are in demand both in the institution of the penal enforcement system and beyond. In addition, a positive attitude towards secondary vocational education and vocational training is taken into account when determining the degree of correction of a convicted person," said Oksana Vyshar, deputy head of the institution.

In turn, the convicts expressed their gratitude to the management and teaching staff of the college for the opportunity to study in places of detention.

It is worth noting that for the upcoming academic year, the Petropavlovsk Vocational College has already recruited 90 convicted students in 5 specialties.
