20 young employees have been sent for initial training

A meeting of the management with young employees who will be sent to the training center for initial training of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh.Kabylbayev. Within two months, students will undergo training of young personnel for law enforcement agencies by replenishing and improving knowledge, as well as developing professional skills necessary for a successful start of official activity.

Work is carried out with each student in advance to collect the necessary documents, undergo a military medical commission, and physical training. The Code of Ethics of Civil Servants and the rules of conduct in society are additionally explained.

Upon completion of the training, young employees will receive their first titles and will be sent for further service to subordinate educational institutions and probation services departments.

"Remember that now it is you who will stand up for the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens and are obliged to justify the trust of society. Each of you must make your contribution to raising the authority of the internal affairs bodies and ensuring security so that civilians feel completely safe. You are the successors of a worthy galaxy of law enforcement officers. I wish you, dear colleagues, successful studies and further service!", - said the acting chief, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Kanat Suleimenov.

In total, since the beginning of this year, about 50 girls and boys have been sent from the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for North Kazakhstan Region for initial training.
