A meeting with the prosecutor is organized for convicts

In order to prevent offenses on the part of convicts, as well as to clarify the conditions and procedure for serving a sentence to convicts without isolation from society, probation officers together with the prosecutor of the Akkayinsky district, Justice Adviser Z. Serkhozhaev, held a working meeting.
During the event, the convicts were informed in detail about the conditions and procedure for serving a sentence in the form of restriction of freedom, as well as the duties assigned to them by the court. It is explained that in case of malicious evasion from serving a sentence in the form of restriction of freedom, in accordance with the requirements of Part 3 of Article 44 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the term not served is replaced by imprisonment, at the rate of one day of imprisonment for one day of restriction of freedom. The convicts also took the opportunity to ask questions of interest to them. They mainly concerned parole.
Following the meeting, the prosecutor gave exhaustive answers to all the convicts' questions.
