The 41-year-old convict was helped to restore his identity card by employees of the probation service of the Akkayinsky district of the Department of the Penal Enforcement System of the North Kazakhstan Region.
The convict was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months of restriction of freedom for causing serious harm to health. He was not officially employed, as there were no documents proving his identity. He abused alcoholic beverages, as a result of which he was registered with the probation service.
""I couldn't get a job without documents, so I had to survive somehow",- the man explained.
The probation service, together with migration police officers, carried out work on documenting the convict. Subsequently, he received an identity document. In addition, a message was sent to the employment center to assist in the employment of a convicted person according to the quota of jobs.
"I want to say a big thank you to the probation staff of the Akkayinsky district for their understanding and help. Now I can find a job with the document. This let me earn a little, but steadily. And this means that I will be able to gradually repay the claim on the verdict and be released on parole from serving my sentence",- the convict noted.
