The chiefs of the detachment were honored at the ES-164/3 Institution on the day of the professional holiday "Day of the chief of the detachment"

Check the hours, count the convicts, escort them to the dining room and get acquainted with the work plan. So, almost every working day, the heads of the squad of the department for educational and socio-psychological work among convicts of the ES-164/3 Institution of the Department of Criminal Justice for the North Kazakhstan Region begin their work.

To date, 12 squad chiefs work in the institution, two of them have service experience of up to a year. Everyone and in the squad has about 80 convicts. All detachments are divided according to the conditions of maintenance: preferential, lightweight and strict.

The first convicts are met by the head of the quarantine department detachment, whose main task is to collect information about the convict. As far as he performs his duties well, it will be easier for other squad leaders to carry out educational work with the convict after distribution. The head of the detachment not only controls the educational process, but is also the main organizer of all activities on the territory of the institution.

The problems of convicts require special attention in the work of the head of the squad, most often convicted men keep emotions to themselves. And then the psychologists of the institution come to the aid of the head of the squad.

Basically, the chiefs of the squad have an irregular schedule and a large amount of dedication. There is not much time for hobbies. Although they are: sambo, hand-to-hand combat, athletics, someone is fond of football. And also actively participate in public events in the institution.

The work is difficult and responsible, but very interesting. My mentor has been working as the head of the squad for more than 10 years, he shares his experience and professionalism with me, - the head of the squad of the ES-164/3 DUIS Institution for the North Kazakhstan Region, Lieutenant of Justice Ilyas Baytusov.

The chiefs of the squad celebrate their professional holiday on June 14. On the eve of the holiday, the head of the institution, Colonel of Justice Valikhan Baitasov, encouraged the heads of the detachment for excellent service.
