The convicts underwent fluorography in the probation service of Petropavlovsk

Tuberculosis is a contagious disease, the causative agent of which is a bacterium, most often affecting the lungs. Tuberculosis is curable and preventable. There are specific and non-specific methods of tuberculosis prevention. First of all, these are vaccinations against tuberculosis with BCG vaccine and fluorographic examination of the chest organs. At the same time, it must be remembered that a timely fluorographic examination is the key to early detection of tuberculosis and the first step to recovery. In this regard, within the framework of the memorandum concluded by the Department of the probation service of the city of Petropavlovsk DUIS for North Kazakhstan region with the Public Association “Senim-Saltustik”, a mobile fluorography was organized on the territory of the probation service department of the city of Petropavlovsk DUIS for North Kazakhstan region, where convicts registered in the probation service department, as well as probation service employees, participated in the study. 42 persons were involved in this event.
