The meeting of young employees took place in the DUIS of the North Kazakhstan Region

A meeting of young employees took place in the Department of the UIS for North Kazakhstan Region. The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Department Daniyar Kharipov. In his welcoming speech, he drew the attention of the staff to the fact that one of the main tasks today is to comprehend the usefulness and state significance of work in correctional institutions, to cultivate pride in his chosen profession and specialty, to reveal his growth prospects and fully demonstrate his abilities.
Employees of the penal enforcement system must have in-depth knowledge and excellent training that meets the most stringent criteria and requirements. He also called on each senior employee to instill deep respect for the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan in his subordinates by personal example. As part of the meeting, S. Borisenko, a staff psychologist, conducted a preventive conversation with young employees, as well as a training for the development of communicative abilities. Each employee was given a memo on interaction in the team. During the conversation with the psychologist, feedback was received from employees, where they promised to achieve high results in their professional activities, shared their impressions of their chosen profession.
