8 phones were tried to be transferred to the colony of North Kazakhstan

Employees of the ES-164/3 institution of the Department of the Criminal Code of the North Kazakhstan Region prevented an attempt to transfer prohibited items. When patrolling the adjacent territory to the institution, employees stopped a VAZ-21099 car, in which there were four citizens of the Kostanay region. The investigative and operational group was called by the staff of the institution. Later, during the inspection of the car, items prohibited for circulation on the territory of the IU were seized: eight cell phones (one of them is a smart phone), seven chargers and seven SIM cards that were intended for convicts of this institution by transfer. - It is worth noting that this is the first fact of the transfer of prohibited items over the past two years on the territory of the colony of North Kazakhstan Region (2021 - 0). In order to prevent such offenses, we inform you that in the event of the transfer of prohibited items to the territory of the institution, citizens will be brought to administrative responsibility under art. 481 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which entails a warning or a fine in the amount of 10 monthly calculation indices, with confiscation of the object that was the instrument or the subject of an administrative offense. Persons planning to carry out the transfer of narcotic substances may be brought to criminal responsibility.
