Probation officers helped the convict to find a job in the North Kazakhstan region. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6 , 2016 “On employment of the population”, the Rules for quoting jobs for employment of persons registered with the probation Service, approved by the Order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 26, 2016 No. 412 “On approval of the rules for quoting jobs for employment of young people who have Lost or remained without parental care until Adulthood, who are graduates of educational organizations, persons released from prison, persons, registered probation service”.
Employees of the Department of the Probation service of the city of Petropavlovsk of the Department of the Administrative Division of the North Kazakhstan Region, together with the Employment Center of the city of Petropavlovsk, carried out work on the employment of convicted Z. The employees of the Employment Center were offered lists of vacancies according to the quota of jobs. The convict was interested in this proposal. As a result of the work, the convict was employed in the construction company “Pylon" as a handyman. Since the beginning of the year, 26 convicts have been employed by employees of the Probation service department.
