In February of this year, the probation service department of the Mamlyutsky district of the DUIS in the North Kazakhstan region was registered as a parolee released from prison convicted V., 1981, who is a stateless person.
When registering, it was found that the passport of this citizen expired in the institution of the penal correction system, where he served a sentence of imprisonment. In this regard, the employees of the OSP, as part of the provision of social and legal assistance, organized a meeting of the accounting department with the GMS of the OP of the Mamlyutsky district. During the conversation, the senior inspector of the migration service, the captain of the police of the OP Mamlyutsky district, Bikkin R. N., gave detailed advice on documentation, on the issue of acquiring citizenship, and also provided a list of necessary documents for the restoration of the passport, the collection of which should be done by the convict in the near future.
The difficulty lies in the fact that the convict himself is a native of the Russian Federation, for the necessary certificates you need to contact the Russian Embassy. According to the results of the collection of primary documents, the probation service provided assistance to convicts within their powers in restoring expired documents, as well as in the future, with the assistance of the local migration service, obtaining citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Every convicted person who has applied for assistance in matters of documentation, employment, treatment, and receiving benefits is not left without the attention of the probation service.
