Joint preventive work with the Prosecutor's Office

Held another work meeting of the staff of the division of probation services Shal akyn the penal system of North Kazakhstan region together with the Prosecutor of Shal akyn justice Advisor Saltykova I.e., to which were invited the condemned, consisting on the account of a probation officer, under the category of "likely to commit a new re-offending".
The purpose of this meeting is to prevent the prevention of new offenses and repeated crimes on the part of convicts, as well as to explain the conditions of pre-trial, sentencing and post-penitentiary probation, according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Probation".
Special attention is paid sentenced to restriction of freedom, including SP Shal akyn, which further clarified their rights, duties, responsibility for violation of public order, as well as the consequences of the wrongful conduct. During the conversation, the conditions of residence at the place of residence, the employment of convicts, and the repayment of claims owed to the state were clarified.
As a result of this meeting, the prosecutor of the Shal Akyn district, Salpykov T. E., gave exhaustive answers to all the questions of the convicts.
