Memorandum of Cooperation

Between the division of probation services of Kyzylzhar district of North Kazakhstan region penal system and KSU "Youth resource center" KSU "Kyzylzhar district Department of internal policy" of the Akimat of Kyzylzhar region is signed a Memorandum of cooperation, the aim of this cooperation is the implementation of joint actions for the prevention of offenses and crimes among youth of Kyzylzhar region.
In order to implement the Memorandum, the Parties in the implementation of their activities are guided by the main directions in the work:
- conduct joint activities aimed at providing social and legal assistance to persons registered with the probation service;
- active involvement of young people and convicts in social events;
- analysis and submission of proposals for improving the current legislation on the prevention of offenses and crimes among young people.
Within the framework of this Memorandum, the Parties are guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, generally recognized principles and norms of law, and interact on the principles of equality, openness and integrity.
