In all countries of the world, the work of youth public organizations is very relevant and popular. In our country, with the support of the state, young people are one of the driving forces and the key to a prosperous future of Kazakhstan. As noted in the speeches of the head of State Tokayev K. K., when summing up the results of the activities over the past 2 years, the work of youth organizations that gave a start to the active participation of volunteers in the country is highly appreciated.
In particular, the active, effective work of the "Youth Resource Center of Petropavlovsk" is distinguished. Everyone knows their selfless help during the pandemic, helping people in need, people who find themselves in a difficult life situation. The volunteers of this association make a significant contribution to the re-education and re-socialization of convicts.
The Department of Criminal Justice in the North Kazakhstan region, in turn, organizes events with the involvement of youth organizations. So, for further systematic work with prisoners who are serving sentences in penal institutions signed a plan of joint activities of the Department of UIS on CSR with KSU "Youth resource center of Petropavlovsk" KSU "Department of internal policy of akimat of Petropavlovsk", SKOFF the Youth wing "Jas Otan" at the party "Nur Otan" for 2021.
The purpose of this plan is to conduct joint activities among convicts aimed at organizing proper leisure activities, preventing deviant behavior, as well as improving moral qualities that contribute to correction, overcoming personal deformities, intellectual and physical development, law-abiding behavior and social adaptation after release.
For convicts, such events organized with the involvement of youth organizations of the city are of great importance, because it develops a sense of collectivism and creativity. Those who serve their sentences in places of deprivation of liberty feel their involvement in the life of society, review their past mistakes, strive for a better future, thereby gaining confidence that after their release they will be able to lead a life worthy of our society.
