An open reception was held for prisoners in Pavlodar.

Institution No. 45 (medium security) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan was visited by representatives of regional Employment centers, a private bailiff, a notary of the notary district, the migration service and the PSC.
- Most often convicts have questions to these structures, they write letters, representatives of the institution make inquiries. Sometimes the correspondence lasts for months. In order to avoid these procedures, eliminate bureaucracy and get a free consultation of specialists, a reception day was organized at the institution. We are glad that all the structures have met us halfway. – said the head of the institution Kuanysh Koichubaev.
As told in the department, prisoners have the same questions as ordinary citizens - questions of inheritance, production of documents, payment of fines and lawsuits, etc. There are among the inmates and those who did not have documents.
- I am 32 years old, I had only a birth certificate from the documents. I just didn't want to be documented on the outside, and after I got here I realized how important it was. Today I was given my first identity card. I am grateful to the staff of the institution and the migration service for this. After my release, I will be able to get a job, open a bank account.- says the condemned Vasily.
In this format, the meeting at the institution was held for the first time. In total, about fifty people received a consultation.
