In institution No. 45 (medium security) Pavlodar convicts produce bus stops for the city.
- The order was received from the housing and communal services of Pavlodar for the manufacture of bus stops. Prisoners serving sentences in institution No. 45 were involved in the production. Frames are made in the walls of the colony, metal structures are welded.- says the director of the RSE "Enbek-Pavlodar" Asylbek Ospanov.
Then the stops are sheathed with special material, benches, light sources, electronic supplies for advertising structures are installed.
- For convicts, work is primarily an opportunity to earn money to pay off claims. The working schedule of prisoners is set taking into account the regime requirements. It takes about one to two days to make one frame. – commented the head of the institution Kuanysh Koichubaev.
By the way, it is planned to produce more than 40 bus stops in total, which will be located in the regional center.
