A phone in pepper and a substance in a light bulb - colony employees stopped attempts to transfer prohibited substances to the institution.

 

The employees of the AP-162/3 medium security institution and the military personnel of the HF -6679 prevented an attempt to bring a prohibited substance into the territory of a regime facility. An unusual transfer was brought by a 46-year-old Pavlodar man to his friend on a short-term date, who is serving time for theft.

- During the inspection of the transfer, a light bulb was found, inside which a plastic bag with a gray-green substance with a specific odor was found. The investigative task force was called, the substance was seized for examination. The date is considered used. – commented the head of the institution, Kuanysh Koichubaev.

It is worth noting that the light bulb is not included in the list of permitted items, and in any case it would have been returned to the visitor.

On the same day, a cell phone was found in the AP-162/2 minimum security facility of a 36-year-old convict after entering the city during an inspection.

The mobile phone was hidden in a clever way in a sweet pepper. The convicted person has been brought to disciplinary responsibility.

- According to the current legislation, convicts in a minimum security institution have the right to enter the city. However, upon returning to the institution, they are subject to inspection in order to prevent the penetration of prohibited items into the colony. – the deputy head of the AP-162/2 institution Sultan Bakin commented.

By the way, administrative and criminal responsibility is brought for trying to carry a "forbidden", despite regular conversations with prisoners and their relatives, attempts to transfer phones and narcotic substances take place.
