In the institutions of the penitentiary system of the Pavlodar region, a competition was held among convicts serving sentences for the most interesting cartoon "Both in jest and in earnest".
- The purpose of the competition is to attract convicts to the social life of the institution, identify creative potential, organize leisure time for prisoners and stimulate law-abiding behavior. According to the results of the competition, the winners were determined. The work of the convict from the AP-162/2 institution was recognized as the best, the convict from the AP-162/1 institution took the second place, the work from the AP-162/3 institution was slightly weaker.
