The competition "KAZH aruy 2022" (Kylmystyk atkaru zhuyesi) was held among the employees of the penal system of the Pavlodar region.

Six contenders competed for the title of the best.
The competition consisted of several rounds - the girls showed all their talents and abilities. They demonstrated their ability to handle weapons in a shooting gallery, also showed a real fashion show, sang and danced. In one of the tours, the employees of the UIS showed their culinary skills and brought pastries prepared at home.
-We previously held this competition annually, but since the beginning of quarantine, the competition has been suspended. For fair and impartial judging, guests from the civil sector were invited, who were included in the jury. Such events give the participants an opportunity to show their creative abilities in an informal setting, stimulate the staff for team cohesion and mutual assistance. lA support group came from each institution. - commented the deputy head of the UIS Department, Daulet Iskakov.
According to the results of the competition, the junior sergeant of justice, AP-162/1 Zhanabayeva Kymbat Kairatovna became the best.
In addition to the main prize - one hundred thousand tenge, the participants received certificates for 30 and 20 thousand.
