Online reception of citizens was held by the head of the UIS Department in the Karaganda region and in the region of Ulytau

The head of the Department of the Penitentiary System for the Karaganda Region and the Ilytau Region, Colonel of Justice Bekbolat Shakirov, conducted a live broadcast with relatives and friends of the convicts.

In order to promptly and effectively respond to constructive requests from citizens, as well as following the principle of a "hearing state," online receptions are held.

At an online reception, residents of the region asked questions related to serving the sentence of their loved ones, as well as the possibility of using humane acts, transfer at the place of residence, and others.

"Considering that the largest number of penal institutions are deployed on the territory of the Karaganda region, convicts from different regions of our country arrive, and therefore not every close convict succeeds in coming to a personal reception, for this purpose online receptions of citizens are held, which have shown their effectiveness in constructive dialogue." - said the deputy head of the DUIS for the region, Colonel of Justice Yerlan Apakhanov.
