Several phones from the parcel were seized in the Karaganda pre-trial detention center

Employees of the regime and security department of institution No. 61, during a thorough inspection of the parcel, seized four small NOKIA cell phones.

Items prohibited from being brought into the institution were hidden in a clever way in the sole of a sneaker, which was intended for the arrested remand prison in the city of Karaganda. However, the ruse was revealed.

After identification, a protocol was drawn up against the offender under Article 481 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the appointment of an appropriate punishment.
