Kazakhstan Police Day is 30 years old

On June 23, 1992, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted the Law "On Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
It was the first legal act defining the functions and duties of the police of the Independent Republic of Kazakhstan.
On June 5, 2007, President Nursultan Nazarbayev signed a decree declaring June 23 as Police Day. In honor of this holiday, on June 23, 2022, a solemn meeting with the participation of personnel was held at the LA-155/13 Institution in Almaty. The head of the institution, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice E.D. Zhekenov congratulated the employees on the holiday and awarded them with diplomas for conscientious work.
