INVESTIGATIVE PRISONERS VOTED IN A REFERENDUM

On June 5, prisoners of Investigation in the pre-trial detention center of Almaty also came to the polling station in the Correctional Institution LA-155\18 early in the morning and voted.In addition to convicted persons held in places of deprivation of liberty by a court verdict, as provided for in Part 3 of Article 104 of the Criminal executive code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, suspects have the right to participate in the republican referendum.
