A solemn meeting dedicated to the holiday of May 7 was held.

Today is a celebration of the country's defense capability. On October 25, 1991, by the decree of the president of Kazakhstan, the State defense committee of the Kazakh SSR was established. Later, in connection with the transition of the Republic to a fully separate solution of defense issues, the defense committee of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan was reorganized. On May 7, 1992, the decree of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbayev was issued on the basis of the legal rights of an independent country. According to this decree, the armed forces located on the territory of Kazakhstan transferred their property to the jurisdiction of the Republic. In this regard, on May 6, 2022, a festive event was held in the institution la-155/13 of the DUIs of Almaty. At the solemn meeting, the head of the institution congratulated the personnel and awarded them a certificate for impeccable service. In addition, a video report and congratulations of the Second Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Lieutenant General of Police M. M. Akhametzhanov were shown. On behalf of the women of the institution, congratulatory words and gifts were presented.
