Free premises for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses on the territory of the LA-155/6 Institution

We present to you the vacant production premises on the territory of the RSU "Institution LA-155/6" of the Department of the Criminal Executive System of Almaty of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Institution).
The procedure for contacting the Institution is by preliminary agreement of the date and time of the visit, by agreement of the date and time, a presentation of the premises to be transferred to the trust management of SMEs is carried out. The transfer of objects fixed on the balance sheet of state institutions and state enterprises of the penal enforcement system by providing an object for trust management is carried out on the basis of an application for the provision of an object for trust management. The application is made in any form indicating the name of the object, its balance holder, as well as the justification of the need for the object with the provision of the following documents: 1) for legal entities - a copy of the certificate with the presentation of the original for verification or a notarized copy of the specified document or a certificate of state registration (re-registration) of the legal entity; copies of the constituent documents (constituent agreement and charter) with the presentation of the original for verification or notarized copies of the specified documents; information on the absence (presence) of tax arrears, arrears on mandatory pension contributions and social contributions (except for cases when the payment deadline is deferred in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget) issued no earlier than a month before the date of filing the application; 2) for individuals - copies of the document, an identity document of an individual with the presentation of the original for verification or a notarized copy of the specified document; for an individual entrepreneur - a copy of the certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur, a document certifying the identity of an individual with the presentation of the original for verification or notarized copies of these documents; information on the absence (presence) of tax arrears, arrears on mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions and social contributions (except for cases when the payment deadline is deferred in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Taxes and Other Mandatory payments to the Budget) issued no earlier than a month before the date of filing the application. when providing an object for trust management without holding a tender, the contract with the trustee is concluded by the head of the founder, or the person performing his duties, no later than twenty working days from the date of submission of the application.
Premises are provided to SMEs in trust management without the right to buy them out for a period of at least three years with a zero interest rate of rent. Payment for consumed utilities is carried out in accordance with the electricity and water supply metering device installed by the tenant of the premises. The consumed thermal energy is calculated in accordance with the total volume of premises transferred to the trust management, payment is made according to the calculation of the financial support group of the Institution.
According to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the following rules of working hours for underage workers are established:
for employees aged fourteen to sixteen years - no more than 24 hours a week, for employees aged sixteen to eighteen years - no more than 36 hours a week. For students of educational organizations who combine study with work during the school year, at the age of fourteen to sixteen - 2.5 hours a day, at the age of sixteen to eighteen - 3.5 hours a day.
At the moment, the Institution has the following vacant premises to provide SMEs with trust management without the right to buy them out:
• The building of the game hall located on the 2nd floor of the dining room building, the total area of which is 424.8 m2, requires cosmetic repairs;
• The premises located on the territory of the production area of the Institution, the total area of which is 86.1 m2, requires cosmetic repairs and replacement of window and door structures;
• The premises located in the residential area on the 2nd floor of the MSH building, the total area of which is 287.9 m2, requires cosmetic repairs.
In total, the total area of premises intended for the opening of production activities on the territory of the Institution is 798.8 m2.
