"Republican operational and preventive event ""probation"""

In the period from 14.03.2022 to 24.03.2022, the Republican operational and preventive event "probation" was held, the purpose of which is to prevent offenses among convicted persons without isolation from society. As part of the event, the personnel of the Probation Service Department of Auezovsky District of Almaty conducted inspections at the place of residence and work of convicted persons.
During the inspection, 3 violations of the rules of serving a sentence were revealed, in particular, two convicted persons were absent from the place of residence during the night inspection, as well as a protocol was drawn up against the convicted person, who was registered with the Probation Service of the district police inspector, and a fine was imposed due to the lack of temporary registration of the convicted person at the actual place of residence . Written comments on the replacement of the punishment measure were issued to convicted persons who committed violations.
During the period of the operational preventive measure" probation", 2 cases were sent to the Court of Auezovsky District of Almaty to replace the sentence in the form of restriction of Liberty with imprisonment for a convicted person who committed two or more violations.
