The contest "both in jest and in earnest"

Institution la-155/13 of Almaty on March 20, 2022, the heads of detachments of the Department of social and psychological education among convicts and the senior inspector psychologist held a competition "joke-joke and serious" among convicts serving their sentences in the institution. Drawings drawn by convicts with their own hands presented customs, human shortcomings, sports, traditions in the form of humor (humor), carefully explaining their final content. A. Oralkyzy from the organization of Kazakh youth of Almaty, who gives a differentiated assessment of the work done by convicts, took part in the event and expressed his wishes.
