Address of the president of Kazakhstan "New Kazakhstan: the way of renewal and modernization"

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev delivered a message to the people of Kazakhstan "New Kazakhstan: the path of renewal and modernization" at a joint session of the chambers of the Parliament today.
This message was viewed live by the personnel of the DUIs in Almaty and the personnel of the Security Department of the Department of La-155/18 (pre-trial detention center), LA-155/13 (settlement colony) and LA-155/6 (children's colony).
