A SEARCH WAS CONDUCTED IN THE PRE-TRIAL DETENTION CENTER

In Almaty, the management of the institution la-155/18 sent a special letter to the Cynological center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about conducting a search of the institution la-155/18 with the use of service dogs to identify narcotic substances.
Recently, on the basis of this letter, employees of the Cynological Center conducted a search in a pre-trial detention center in Almaty. This work was also attended by 12 employees of the National Guard and police officers who came to the Police Department to improve their skills. The search was carried out with the help of 3 drug-seeking dogs.
During the work, 8 posts of the pre-trial detention center and places of receiving parcels were checked. As a result, mobile phones of the brand "INOI" and "NOKIA" were found hidden inside a broken teapot in one of the cells where the prisoners were sitting.
In the future, it is planned to conduct a quarterly search with the help of specialists of the Cynological center of the Ministry of internal affairs and service dogs that search for drugs.
