Fight against corruption
Recently, head of the Anti-Corruption Department of Almaty Salimbayev Kanat Asimbayevich met with the personnel of the LA-155/13 institution of the committee of the Penal correction system in Almaty.
At the meeting, Kanat Asimbayevich noted that in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, corruption crimes are included, explained ways to prevent corruption among the personnel, and warned about the penalties for corruption.
K. Salimbayev noted that abuse of official authority, abuse of authority or official authority, taking bribes, giving bribes, mediation in bribery, official forgery, delivery of false words, possession or loss of entrusted property of another person, false interrogation, false conclusion or erroneous transfer of an expert, non-execution of a court verdict, court decision or other judicial act by officials, all such crimes are committed through the use of corrupt corrupt contacts. He instructed the employees of the institution to be careful, be sure to inform them if they witness any illegal situations, do not believe in deception, and work within the framework of the law шақырды.
