The closest sympathizer of the convicted person in the place of deprivation of Liberty is the head of the detachment. The head of the squad is also the one who is most grateful for the return of punished people to society as normal citizens. The head of the squad is well aware of the behavior, survival skills, good qualities or bad habits of each convicted person under his command. He is also responsible for the fate of each person in prison. Among the heads of the squad, who carry the burden of such responsible work, an annual competition "the best head of the squad" is organized. In fact, the purpose of this competition is to improve the professional skills of the head of the detachment in improving the moral and psychological climate among convicts, improving the quality of educational work with them.
In this year's competition, which consists of 3 stages, each round, the heads of the squad competed in organizing educational work in the squad, conducting classes, videos of the head of the squad about new methods of decorating the working room, room for educational work, bedrooms of convicts. Participants of the competition also competed in medical and professional training. In the last round of the competition, the Chiefs of the squad performed songs, performed KUIS, and read poems.
According to the results of the competition, the head of the squad of the LA-155/6 institution, captain of Justice Bekzat Zhakanov, will take part in the third stage of the competition, which will be held in Kostanay.
