On amnesty in connection with the thirtieth anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan

"In the Auezovsky District of Almaty, 412 convicts are registered in the Probation Service, 158 of them are released from punishment or reduced in terms of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" "on amnesty in connection with the thirtieth anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan""." Since December 2021, personal cases of convicted persons have been considered by the court with the participation of the district prosecutor and a probation officer.
One of them, a convicted citizen A., was convicted by the Court of Talgar District of Almaty region under Part 1 of Article 188 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and sentenced to restriction of liberty for a period of 1 year. By the decision of the auezovsky District Court, in accordance with the law, he was released from serving his sentence.
